Payment terms for services, packages, or retainers will be clearly outlined in your proposal. Invoices are payable within the timeframe mentioned and may be subject to late fees if delayed. Some services may include equity arrangements, which will be governed by a separate agreement. Refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis, but typically, once execution begins, fees are non-refundable due to the nature of strategy and creative work.

You agree not to misuse the GrowthDAD website or Services. This includes but is not limited to, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, using the website for any malicious purpose, copying content for resale or redistribution, or breaching confidentiality agreements with freelancers or team members.
